Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an ultra-pure iron concentrate by deep processing of a commercial-grade magnetite concentrate, comprising: respectively using the following processes: one-stage ore grinding and classification, one-stage weak magnetic separation, concentration and dewatering of the concentrate subjected to one-stage weak magnetic separation, two-stage ore grinding and classification, two-stage weak coarse magnetic separation, demagnetization and two-stage weak concentrated magnetic separation, and demagnetization and concentration of the concentrate subjected to two-stage weak concentrated magnetic separation: performing demagnetization processing on the concentrate subjected to two-stage weak concentrated magnetic separation, and then performing concentration and reverse flotation processes on same to finally obtain an ultra-pure iron concentrate in which TFe has a grade of 72.10%-72.19%, SiO2 has a content of 0.18%-0.20%, and an acid insoluble substance has a content of 0.15%-0.17%. At the same time, a high-purity iron concentrate having a TFe grade of 70.86%-71.12% can be obtained. The collecting agent in the reverse flotation process of the present invention is prepared by heating and modification treatments of dodecylamine and a glacial acetic acid solution according to a mass ratio of 4:1. The method of the present invention has a strong applicability, and is highly efficient and energy-saving. The flotation reagent system is simple. The present invention has excellent performances such as wide range of sources, small dosage, better selectivity, and environmental friendliness.
