Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for processing an opening hole on a side surface of a cylindrical cantilever and a handlebar for a bicycle to which the same is applied. The method for processing an opening hole on a side surface of a cylindrical cantilever according to the present invention is characterized in that, assuming that the longitudinal direction from a fixed end of the cylindrical cantilever to a free end thereof is the leftward/rightward direction, and a direction perpendicular to the leftward/rightward direction is the upward/downward direction, the diameter, in the leftward/rightward direction, of the opening hole, which is processed on the side surface of the cylindrical cantilever, is larger than the diameter thereof in the upward/downward direction, when the side surface of the cylindrical cantilever is seen from the front.
