Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a benzoxazine compound having a hydroxy group or a thiol group with high purity and high efficiency. As a solution, a method for producing a benzoxazine compound represented by general formula (3) is provided, the method being characterized by performing a reaction of a bisphenol compound represented by general formula (1), a formaldehyde component, and an amine compound represented by general formula (2) with one another at a temperature falling within a specified temperature range.
