Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a working holiday management system that is capable of presenting a suitable acceptance destination for a working holiday applicant. [Solution] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a working holiday management device is provided. This working holiday management device comprises: an acquiring unit, a specifying unit, and a presenting unit. The acquiring unit acquires first personal information, which is personal information about an applicant wishing to participate in a working holiday. The first personal information includes at least one of a duration of stay, a destination of stay, and a desired type of work of the applicant. The specifying unit utilizes reference information indicating the relationship between second personal information and acceptance destination information, and specifies a first placement destination for the working holiday on the basis of the first personal information. The second personal information is personal information about a user who has previously participated in the working holiday. The acceptance destination information is information about an acceptance destination for the working holiday to which the user belonged. The presenting unit presents the first acceptance destination before the applicant participates in the working holiday.
