Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing bio synthetic gas from food waste by using a high temperature reformer, which can convert all carbon in food waste to synthetic gas without secondary pollution, and can not only be applied to food waste but also to most forms of biomass. The method comprises: a first step of separating food waste in an anaerobic tank into solid waste and liquid sludge; a second step of thermally decomposing and carbonizing the solid waste; a third step of supplying flue gas generated from the thermally decomposed solid waste in the second step into a reformer, and grinding and supplying the carbonized solid waste into the reformer; a fourth step of supplying volatile organic matter evaporating from the liquid sludge into the reformer; and a fifth step of injecting hydrogen gas into the liquid sludge to hydrogenate same and produce oil, and supplying the evaporating oil into the reformer. The flue gas, the carbonized and ground solid waste, the volatile organic matter, and the evaporating oil are reformed and reacted in the reformer to produce synthetic gas.
