Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst for polyolefin polymerization, whereby the polymerization of low-density polyethylene is possible in one reactor even without the introduction of a separate comonomer, thereby producing a final product at low cost through a simplified process. Specifically, provided is a method for producing a catalyst for polyolefin polymerization, comprising the steps of: supporting an organo-chromium compound of chemical formula 1 on a metal oxide carrier; supporting a cocatalyst containing Group 13 metal on the metal oxide carrier supporting the organo-chromium compound; and supporting a metallocene catalyst on the metal oxide carrier supporting the organo-chromium compound and the cocatalyst. Further, provided is a method for preparing polyolefin, comprising a step of polymerizing olefin monomers in the presence of the catalyst for polyolefin polymerization obtained by the production method.
