The present specification relates to a method for producing coffee containing beta-glucan, and to coffee containing beta-glucan, the method comprising the steps of: culturing together mushroom raw material containing beta-glucan and food raw material containing a bioactive substance to produce a mycelia composition; cultivating the mycelia composition on coffee beans; and roasting the coffee beans on which the mycelia composition has been cultivated.
