Abstract:
Provided are a method for producing a mycelia composition, and a method for producing material containing the mycelia composition and beta-glucan, the method comprising the steps of: adding mushroom raw material containing beta-glucan to culturing medium; adding food raw material containing a bioactive substance to the culturing medium; and culturing together the mushroom raw material containing beta-glucan and food raw material containing a bioactive substance to produce a mycelia composition.
