Abstract:
Provided is an anisotropic conductive film that can prevent inter-terminal shorts even resulting from the progression of increased narrowness between connection terminals. The present invention has: a conductive support plate (10) that supports a base film (4) to one surface of which an adhesive layer (2) has been formed; an array plate (11) that is disposed opposing the adhesive layer (2) of the base film (4) and at which a plurality of through holes (12) are formed arrayed in a pattern that corresponds to the array pattern of conductive particles (3); and a sprayer (13) that mists the conductive particles (3) together with a liquid while imposing a voltage on the conductive particles (3). The conductive particles (3) charged by an electrical charge by means of the sprayer (13) are misted together with the liquid while a voltage is imposed between the sprayer (13) and the support plate (10), and thus the conductive particles (3) that have passed through the through holes (12) of the array plate (11) are arrayed at the adhesive layer (2) at the array pattern of the through holes (12).
