Abstract:
The inventive method relates to the production of configurated axisymmetric parts made of difficult-to-form multi-phase alloys. Said parts are embodied with a central and peripheral portion. Local forming of the peripheral portion of a shaped stock material during a rotation thereof at a temperature 0.4 °C higher than melting point but lower than the converging recrystallisation point is carried out. Said deformation is performed with the aid of a tool for local deformation, having at least three degrees of freedom and with a speed of rotation ranging between 10?-3¿-10?2¿c?-1¿. One part of the peripheral portion of shaped stock material is embodied with an external diameter greater than the diameter of a completed part or an internal diameter less than the diameter of the completed part. The rotation period of the stock material with regard to the tool for local deformation is not less than the time of intensive stress relaxation of the deformed portions. The inventive method makes it possible to produce parts without a preliminary preparation of a stock material structure for superplastic deformation.
