Abstract:
A method for producing a cool-feeling elastic fiber, in which Dupont PTT chips are used, and a cool-feeling masterbatch is added during a spinning process; a rotary drum is used for tackifying; and a means of drying at a low temperature for a long time, a low spinning temperature, a continuous Roots-style blower for flexible conveying, a dust separation apparatus, a high-precision masterbatch injection machine, parallel spinnerets for compound spinning, and a side-blowing cooling flow regulator are also used.
