Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method that makes it possible to produce a hot-dip plated steel strip without wasteful energy consumption and without requiring large-scale equipment while avoiding adhesion of a condensate to a steel strip within the snout of a continuous hot-dip plating line. The present invention relates to a method for producing a hot-dip plated steel strip in which a steel strip that has been subjected to annealing treatment is continuously introduced into a molten metal plating bath via a snout and plating treatment is performed. The temperature of the lower part of the snout and the temperature of the upper part of the snout are set such that the temperature of the upper part of the snout ≥ the temperature of the lower part of the snout ≥ the temperature of the surface of the plating bath.
