Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing an HCFC by which an HCFC is able to be produced with high selectivity. A method for producing a hydrochlorofluorocarbon according to the present invention is characterized by producing a hydrochlorofluorocarbon having 3-8 carbon atoms by reacting a hydrofluorocarbon having 3-8 carbon atoms and a chlorine-containing compound having one or two carbon atoms with each other in the presence of a catalyst that contains a compound having at least one substance selected from among Cr and Al.
