Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a multi-hardness and multi-elasticity polyurethane foam by using a batch-type foaming process, which can implement optimal body pressure distribution and body shape maintaining effects for an individual by forming a polyurethane foam mattress integrally, without producing same as separate pieces and then assembling or adhering same together, which can have different hardness and elasticity by area to suit the body characteristics and conditions of an individual.
