Abstract:
A method for producing an organic device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a method for producing an organic device 10 which comprises a device substrate 30 that is obtained by providing a main surface 12a of a substrate 12 with a first electrode 14, an organic function layer 18 and a second electrode 20, and a sealing member22 that seals the organic function layer. This method for producing an organic device comprises a step for continuously bonding a long sealing member to a long device substrate, while conveying the sealing member and the device substrate by a roll-to-roll system; and the sealing member comprises a sealing substrate, and an adhesive layer and a resin film that are respectively provided on first and second main surfaces 24a, 24b of the sealing substrate. In the bonding step, the sealing member is bonded to the device substrate, while having the main surface of the substrate and the adhesive layer face each other and applying a pressure and a heat to the sealing member and the device substrate; and the heating temperature in the bonding step is not more than the glass transition temperature of the material of the resin film.
