Abstract:
Provided is a means for stably obtaining a poly(alkylene carbonate) in high yield by reacting carbon dioxide with an epoxide. More specifically, provided is a zinc catalyst composition obtained by reacting a zinc compound with an aliphatic carboxylic acid, wherein the content of the aliphatic carboxylic acid is less than 5 mass% with respect to the composition.
