Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an FormI crystal of reduced coenzyme Q10 which contains substantially no FormII crystal or a crystalline solid material formed from the FormI crystal, said method comprising a step of holding a solution containing reduced coenzyme Q10 at a temperature higher than 47˚C for at least 60 minutes and a subsequent step of causing the reduced coenzyme Q10 to be crystallized.
