Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a reinforced metal part, comprising: a step of cutting out a plurality of metal foils (101, 101') from at least one flexible metal sheet, said foils substantially corresponding to the blank of said metal part to be produced; a step of rigidly connecting at least one metal reinforcing wire (105) to at least one metal foil (101, 101'), said metal wire (105) being positioned depending on the orientation of the desired structural reinforcement; a step of making a plurality of reinforced metal pockets (100), each metal pocket (100) being made from two reinforced metal foils (101, 101'); a step of positioning said plurality of reinforced metal pockets (100) in shaping equipment; a step of isostatically hot-pressing said reinforced metal pockets (100), causing said metal pockets (100) and said metal reinforcing wire (105) to be bonded together so as to produce said metal part incorporating structural reinforcement means.
