Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a saccharifying enzyme that suppresses an increase in viscosity caused by pectin in the saccharification process of biomass. A method for producing a biomass saccharifying enzyme, said method comprising culturing a recombinant filamentous fungus into which a polygalacturonase gene selected from the gene group (a) and/or a pectin lyase gene selected from the gene group (b) are introduced. (a) PgaB gene, PgaI gene and PgaII gene. (b) PelD gene and PelF gene.
