Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SEMICONDUCTOR FILM, AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/136950
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are the following: [1] A method for producing a semiconductor film by dispersing, in an alcohol, semiconductor particles having an average particle diameter within the range of at least 1 nm but less than 100 nm so as to obtain a dispersion liquid, evaporating off the alcohol from the dispersion liquid so as to dry the semiconductor particles, thereby obtaining aggregated particles in which the semiconductor particles are aggregated, and then blowing the aggregated particles onto a base material so as to form a semiconductor film on the base material. [2] This production method, in which the semiconductor particles are dried by evaporating off the alcohol in a state where the semiconductor particles have settled in the alcohol. [3] This production method, in which the alcohol is evaporated off at a temperature below 50°C. [4] A dye-sensitized solar cell provided with a photoelectrode obtained by adsorbing a sensitizing dye onto a semiconductor film which was obtained using this production method.
