Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a solid fuel molding of an organic sludge, which is produced by using a combustible dry distillation gas of waste, which allows a high-quality solid fuel to be obtained by drying and carbonizing an organic sludge by using a combustion gas remaining after recovering, in a boiler, steam from energy generated by the combustion of a thermally decomposed gas obtained by thermally decomposing domestic waste and the like. The present invention produces the molding by way of: a thermal decomposition step for generating a combustible dry distillation gas obtained by thermally decomposing industrial waste or domestic waste; a combustion step for burning the combustible dry distillation gas; an energy recovery step for recovering, in a boiler, steam from thermal energy generated during the combustion of the dry distillation gas, and supplying heat to a dryer; a mixture production step for producing a sludge mixture by mixing, into an organic sludge, 1-15 wt% of an agglomeration-inhibiting auxiliary substance with respect to the sludge; an injection molding step for forming the sludge mixture, produced in the mixture production step, into a predetermined form and shape; and a heat quantity control step for controlling the heating value of the molding, formed in the injection molding step, by drying same in the dryer to have a water content of 10 wt% or less, a low-heating value of 3,000-3,500 kcal/kg, and a carbon content of 40-45 wt% after drying. Accordingly, the method for producing a solid fuel molding of an organic sludge can obtain a high-quality fuel molding having a high heating value from an organic sludge by using energy generated by the combustion of a dry distillation gas obtained by thermally decomposing domestic waste and the like.
