Abstract:
The invention relates to the automotive industry. The inventive method for producing
a studded tire consists in producing a belt tread, placing said belt tread on the
rough carcass of a tire, vulcanising said tread to the carcass and studding the
tread. The belt tread is provided, on the internal surface thereof, with holes
having flange seats, the holes being disposed in accordance with a studding scheme.
First, through holes are embodied in a number of studs specified by said scheme.
The studding scheme is displaced along the tread surface, and the same number
of closed holes having a depth equal to the wearing depth of studs are embodied.Afterwards,
the studs are introduced into the corresponding holes and the tread is placed
on the carcass and vulcanised. according to the inventive method, studs having
a body height equal to or less than the diameter of the flange thereof are used.
