Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of strip steel continuous casting and rolling, and relates to a method and production line for the endless continuous casting and continuous rolling production of ultra-low carbon steel coil, and comprises: successively arranged in a rolling direction: a continuous casting machine, and a rough rolling unit, an intermediate blank temperature supplementation apparatus, a shearing and scrap-pushing apparatus, a heating apparatus, a fine rolling unit, a laminar flow cooling apparatus, a high-speed flying shear, and a winding unit; wherein the intermediate blank temperature supplementation apparatus is used for supplementing the temperature of an intermediate blank, so as to compensate for a temperature drop caused by the upstream addition of a rough rolling rack and also by rough descaling, making it so that the surface temperature of the intermediate billet entering the downstream heating apparatus is higher than an initial temperature Ar3 of an austenite to ferrite transformation, thereby preventing the formation of a strip steel mixed crystal structure, reducing performance risk, and creating the process conditions for thinner intermediate blanks required for rolling thinner strip steel, and for coarse descaling required for higher surface quality strip steel.
