Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing information for assessing evaluation items for assessing the necessity of vaccination for coronavirus diseases, identifying high-risk persons who could become severely ill due to infection, predicting the prognosis of a person who contracted a coronavirus disease, evaluating the degree of attainment of herd immunity against coronavirus diseases, evaluating the effectiveness of coronavirus disease vaccines, etc. It has been confirmed that information for assessing evaluation items can be provided on the basis of a graph plotting the antibody value of an antibody against the antigen protein of the coronavirus in a sample derived from a subject and the antigen-binding-affinity antibody value of said antibody, the graph being divided into four regions such that: a cutoff value determined according to an ROC analysis based on the antibody value of the antibody is indicated in parallel to a Y axis; and a cutoff value determined according to an ROC analysis based on the antigen-binding-affinity antibody value of the antibody is indicated in parallel to an X axis.
