Abstract:
A method for providing user-customized real estate information is disclosed. The method for providing user-customized real estate information according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving, from an electronic device, first condition information in which a condition for at least one item used to determine a piece of real estate of interest to the user is set; extracting, on the basis of a database stored in a server, at least one customized piece of real estate corresponding to the first condition information; with respect to each of the at least one customized piece of real estate, obtaining numerical information by digitizing the degree to which each of the at least one item meets a detailed condition in the first condition information; and controlling the electronic device such that numerical information of each of the at least one customized piece of real estate is displayed on the electronic device.
