Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for collecting dsRNA from which a surfactant and endotoxin are removed simultaneously, said method comprising mixing the surfactant with dsRNA and then bringing the resultant mixed solution into contact with a hydrophobic adsorbing resin or activated carbon.
