Abstract:
A method for maintainability qualitative design at a product design stage, comprising the steps of: establishing a maintainability design obstacle tree for a design target; carrying out qualitative analysis on the established maintainability design obstacle tree, and analyzing a minimal cut set and a minimal path set of the maintainability design obstacle tree to obtain a contradiction vector of the design target; obtaining a maintainability correction contradiction matrix according to a TRIZ contradiction matrix, determining a deterioration parameter and improvement parameters of the maintainability design contradiction matrix, and establishing a mapping relationship between an inventive principle set and a product design feature set; and obtaining TRIZ principle solution vectors by using the TRIZ-based maintainability correction contradiction matrix, obtaining a relational matrix of the design contradiction vector and the principle solution vectors by combining the obtained contradiction vector, and establishing a contradiction vector-principle solution vector relational equation of a corresponding contradiction design system, thereby facilitating design decision. Provided is a method for solving the problem of contradiction between maintainability design requirements and other quality design features.
