Abstract:
A method for realizing the setting of supplementary service attribute, it can
be applied in a supplementary service process entity, which pre-configurates
at least a grammar rule, each service grammar rule corresponds to at least a user
inputted number format. The method also includs: determines the country or area
where the user coming from according to the user’s off-hook trigger message,
and determines the service grammar rule corresponding to the country or area
where the user coming from in the pre-configurated service grammar rules; receives
the number inputted by the user for the setting of supplementary service attribute,
judges whether the number inputted by the user matches the determined service
grammar rule, if so, extracts the supplementary service attribute from the number
inputted by the user according to the service grammar rule. The present invention
also discloses a supplementary service processing entity, it can realize flexible
setting of supplementary service attribute by applying the present invention.
