Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting pile construction, and discloses a method for removing a semi-invasive pre-stressed anchor cable in a supporting pile by a rotary drilling rig. The method comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation: before the construction of a foundation pit supporting pile, ascertaining the distribution position, buried depth and length of penetration of an anchor cable into a foundation pit supporting pile hole in advance; S2, rotary drilling: using a high-torque rotary drilling rig to drill the foundation pit supporting pile, and when drilling close to the anchor cable, using high-quality mud to repair a hole wall to prevent the hole wall from collapsing; S3, pouring concrete to fix the anchor cable: using underwater concrete to pour, and pouring concrete into the supporting pile hole, so that the anchor cable effectively enters the concrete to fix the anchor cable; S4, when drilling conditions are reached, using a core barrel drill to cut and drill, and using core drilling to directly take out the cut anchor cable together with the concrete; and S5, carrying out follow-up construction of the foundation pit supporting pile, and using the high-quality mud to protect the wall, so that a collapsed hole appears in the penetrated section of the anchor cable.
