Abstract:
Disclosed are: an autophagy regulation method targeting a signaling system, wherein C/EBP-gamma and ATF form dimers under the condition of amino acid deficiency in cells to regulate gene expression related to autophagy regulation; and a method for screening an autophagy regulator. The methods according to the present application can be effectively used at various levels on the basis of the above mechanism to develop therapeutics for various diseases caused by problems with autophagy regulation.
