Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for separating and purifying an organic light emitting material, capable of obtaining an organic light emitting material having a purity of 99.95% or higher at a high yield rate, by recovering a waste organic light emitting material after carrying out a vacuum deposition process on an organic light emitting layer in a process of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display and preliminarily purifying the recovered material with a purity of 98% or higher, adsorbing and removing impurities from the preliminarily purified organic light emitting material having a purity of 98% or higher through an adsorption reaction using active carbon, and performing a crystallization process and a sublimation purification after adsorbing and removing the impurities. Thus, since the present invention enables expensive organic light emitting material to be recovered and purified with a high purity, quality can be stably maintained and a recovery rate can be improved.
