Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of simply and uniformly subculturing pluripotent stem cells. [Solution] When passaging pluripotent stem cells, this method of subculturing pluripotent stem cells involves dispersing to the level of single cells cell clumps obtained by culturing, and thereafter, quickly forming cell aggregates.
