Abstract:
A method for synchronization and resumed transfer, a slave end device and a system, which relate to the technical field of storage, for use in at least resolving the problem of extension of the whole synchronization time due to overwriting of synchronized data after a snapshot rolls back in the synchronous resumed transfer in the prior art. The method comprises: a slave end device acquires data for taking a second snapshot by the slave end device after the master end device fully synchronizes data for taking a first snapshot to the slave end device (S601); when the master end device incrementally synchronizes data for taking a third snapshot to the slave end device, the slave end device records, at preset time points, split data, time points of which have been synchronized, the split data being data after the slave end device takes a fourth snapshot on the incrementally synchronized data at this time (S602); when the slave end device sets writing protection, the slave end device rolls back the data for taking the second snapshot as well as the split data (S603); and when the synchronization and resumed transfer are again performed, the slave end device acquires residual data expect data for this incremental synchronization, when the master end device incrementally synchronizes the data for taking the third snapshot to the slave end device (S604).
