Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for synchronizing service between a telephone network and a data network. The method for synchronizing service between a telephone network and a data network according to the present invention is a method for synchronizing service between a telephone network and a data network, the method allowing communications with a smart phone through a data network and being executed in an operation server associated with an ARS server. The method comprises: a first step for generating N(N≥2) service screen templates matching with at least one ARS service stage provided in the ARS server through the telephone network; a second step for mapping and then storing, in a storage medium, the generated service screen templates and a service code for identifying at least one ARS service stage matching with the service screen templates; a third step for receiving, from the ARS server, a service code corresponding to a current ARS service stage if communicating with a program provided in a user's smart phone via the data network in a state where a traffic channel is connected between the smart phone and the ARS server through the telephone network; a fourth step for extracting a nth (1≤n≤N)service screen template corresponding to the received service code from among the N service screen templates stored in the storage medium, and then providing the nth (1≤n≤N)service screen template to the program of the smart phone through the data network; and a fifth step for if data, which have been inputted and selected through the nth service screen template, are received from the program of the smart phone through the data network, checking a service code for a next ARS service stage on the basis of the received data and then providing the service code to the ARS server, and if the service code of the next ARS service stage is received from the ARS server, extracting a (n+1)th service screen template corresponding to the service code from the storage medium and then providing the (n+1)th service screen template to the program of the smart phone through the data network.
