Abstract:
Use is made of a microreactor which comprises a substrate having, formed therein, one passage having a cross section with a width and a depth of 1 mm or less each, the passage having a starting-material injection opening and a first reagent injection opening that are connected to one end of the passage, further having a second reagent injection opening connected to a position separated from the end, and furthermore having a third reagent injection opening connected to a position separated from the second reagent injection opening toward the other end of the passage, the other end of the passage being connected to a liquid takeout opening. The passage is used as a reaction channel while passing a reaction solution from the end of the passage toward the other end, and the reaction solution is made to consecutively undergo a three-stage reaction, without being taken out anywhere along the passage, to synthesize [18F]SFB.
