Abstract:
Provided is a method for synthesizing cyclosporine. The method comprises the following steps: providing Fmoc group-protected hydrazine resin; performing solid-phase synthesis of H2N-Ala-MeLeu-Val-MeLeu-MeGly-Abu-MeBmt-MeVal-MeLeu-MeLeu-D-Ala-hydrazine resin by using triphosgene as a condensation reagent; and performing oxidation activation treatment on the H2N-Ala-MeLeu-Val-MeLeu-MeGly-Abu-MeBmt-MeVal-MeLeu-MeLeu-D-Ala-hydrazine resin to obtain cyclosporine.
