Abstract:
Provided is a method for synthesizing a symbiotic twin Ni2Mo6S6O2/MoS2 two-dimensional nanosheet having an exposed (00L) crystal plane; an ion insertion method is used to limit the Ni ions in a lattice matrix of Mo-based compounds, forming a precursor of Ni-Mo bonding; by means of precisely controlling the concentration of sulfur atmosphere, the restructuring effect of elemental Ni in the lattice matrix of Mo-based compounds is utilized to form a binuclear metal sulfide Ni2Mo6S6O2; at the same time, a confined single-crystal growth method is used to precisely control the direction of growth of Ni2Mo6S6O2; taking monocrystalline MoS2 as a growth template, growth takes places alternately along the single-crystal MoS2 (110) crystal plane and single-crystal MoS2, forming a Ni2Mo6S6O2 and MoS2 twin crystal Ni2Mo6S6O2/MoS2 two-dimensional nanosheet; the invention can be applied directly to an electrocatalytic water-splitting hydrogen evolution reaction as a highly efficient catalyst.
