Abstract:
Disclosed is a recess-type electrostatic spinning device capable of reducing solution viscosity, the device comprising: a liquid storage mechanism (2) for holding a spinning solution, with the liquid storage mechanism (2) being internally provided with a separator for separating the liquid storage mechanism (2) into a plurality of liquid storage spaces, and a plurality of metal balls (1) provided in each liquid storage space; a magnetic stirring mechanism (5) for transferring an acting force to the liquid storage mechanism (2); a high-voltage electrostatic generation mechanism (4) connected to the liquid storage mechanism (2); and a receiving mechanism (6), which is arranged on one side of the liquid storage mechanism (2) and is grounded, wherein an electrostatic field is formed between the receiving mechanism (6) and the liquid storage mechanism (2). The metal balls (1) rotate under the action of the magnetic stirring mechanism (5) so as to prevent the spinning solution from becoming sticky, and the spinning solution is stretched under the action of the electrostatic field so as to form a jet flow which is received by the receiving mechanism (6).
