The present invention belongs to the technical sector of systems applied to data processing for financial purposes, and relates more specifically to a system used for financial transactions from a bank account using a mobile or on-board device. The technology includes the installation of a program directly connected to a central data processing unit (2) of a financial institution (1) by means of a web server (3). The system makes it possible to a open an account directly using an application online, enabling the user to perform financial transactions instantaneously following registration due to the provisions relating to the identification of users compared to existing solutions, enabling real-time verification of the credit status of the user. The opening of the account directly links same to the telephone number provided by the user, which is used to identify the holder of the account. The determination of a user history/profile with the respective services and places most commonly visited using a geolocation system is also provided, as well as the option of monitoring charging and automatic division of bills and expenses incurred in establishments.
