Abstract:
Provided are a method and a system for enabling the consolidation of the liabilities of a debtor and the improvement of the composition of finances in batch factoring transactions by means of electronic recorded monetary claims. An order placement company terminal 1, a factoring company (FP) terminal 3, a paying company terminal 2, and an electronic monetary claim recording institution C are connected via the internet to a bridge service A having a factoring function for the paying company. A factoring management means of the bridge service A manages data such as a monetary claim ledger, a discount specification, and the assignment of a monetary claim from the PF terminal 3, on the basis of monetary claim specification data transmitted from the order placement company terminal 1. Furthermore, the bridge service transmits generation recording/assignment recording request data to the electronic monetary claim recording institution, records an electronic recording number/electronic recording date on the monetary claim ledger, on the basis of a recording result notification transmitted from the electronic monetary claim recording institution, and generates an accounting slip. Furthermore, the bridge service receives a prepayment application from the paying company, creates transfer payment data, records a discounted acquisition price in the monetary claim ledger, and generates an accounting slip.
