Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for controlling a robot, performed by at least one processor. The method comprises the steps of: controlling a robot to move to a target point within a target space; if it is determined that the robot is present at the target point, determining, by using data acquired from a sensor of the robot, whether or not one or more person objects are present within the target space; if it is determined that the one or more person objects are present within the target space, determining a serving location and direction of the robot on the basis of information regarding the one or more person objects; and controlling the robot on the basis of the determined serving location and direction.
