Abstract:
A method and a system for distinguishing tea type, relating to the technical field of detection. The method comprises using the ionic strength of 20 compounds as an evaluation index to establish a discriminant function in order to identify the type of tea leaves; the relative abundance of the 20 compounds present in tea leaves is used to distinguish the type of tea leaves, overcoming the problems that exist in sensory discrimination, classifying the tea leaves more objectively and scientifically, and increasing the reliability and accuracy of the determining results; three algorithms were used to verify the feasibility and accuracy of using the combination of the discovered 20 compounds for distinguishing tea leaves.
