Abstract:
An automatic elbow polishing device, comprising several elbow polishing apparatuses (1) provided side by side, wherein the numbers of meshes of polishing abrasive belts (20) of the elbow polishing apparatuses (1) from left to right increase one by one. A feed table (3) for placing elbows (2) is provided at the left side of the leftmost elbow polishing apparatus (1). The right side of the rightmost elbow polishing apparatus (1) is a discharge area. A rotating platform (4) is provided below each elbow polishing apparatus (1). A fixing assembly which corresponds to the position of a corresponding elbow polishing apparatus (1) and is used for fixing an end portion of an elbow (2) is provided on the rotating platform (4). The rotating platform (4) can move left and right in a horizontal direction, and can rotate around a center of a bent portion of the elbow (2) on the corresponding fixing assembly. Clamping assemblies for clamping and transferring the elbows (2) are respectively provided between the feed table (3) and the leftmost elbow polishing apparatus (1), between two adjacent elbow polishing apparatuses (1), and between the rightmost elbow polishing apparatus (1) and the discharge area. The device has the functions of automatic feeding, polishing, and discharging, and can greatly improve the polishing efficiency and polishing quality.
