Abstract:
A method and a system for evaluating the ranking capability of a sensory evaluator, and a device. Said method can quickly determine whether the ranking capability of an evaluator is excellent, good or poor under repeated ranking, thereby achieving the effect of rapid capability classification and improving the evaluation efficiency. Said system and the device realize an evaluation method for the true ranking capability and the repeated ranking capability of all evaluators with the same ranking capability level and a result display mode thereof, achieving the effects of scientific quantitative characterization and comparison of the true ranking capability and the repeated ranking capability.
