Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a system for implementing a VTM service, comprising: packing, for each enterprise user, a seat-side seat toolbar comprising an A interface, a desktop sharing service, and a SipPhone; and by using a VTM platform, establishing a communication connection between the A interface in the seat-side seat toolbar and an A interface of a VTM machine, establishing a communication connection between the desktop sharing service in the seat-side seat toolbar and a desktop sharing service of the VTM machine, and establishing a communication connection between the SipPhone in the seat-side seat toolbar and a SipPhone of the VTM machine.
