Abstract:

Disclosed are a method and a system for producing an engineering document for drilling or milling a circuit board. The method for producing an engineering document for drilling or milling a circuit board comprises the following steps: acquiring an allowable expansion coefficient range and storing several engineering documents that are produced in advance and that have different expansion coefficients, wherein the expansion coefficients of the engineering documents are within the allowable expansion coefficient range (S10); acquiring an actual expansion coefficient of a circuit board product (S20); determining whether the actual expansion coefficient of the circuit board product is within the allowable expansion coefficient range (S30); and if yes, comparing the actual expansion coefficient of the circuit board product with the expansion coefficients of the engineering documents, invoking an engineering document whose expansion coefficient is closest to the actual expansion coefficient of the circuit board product according to a comparison result, and exporting the engineering document (S41). The method and system simplify the procedure of producing an engineering document, improve the efficiency of producing an engineering document, prevent production workers from using a mismatched engineering document, and effectively ensure production quality.
