Title:
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING LOW-ALKALINITY NEW-MINERAL-SYSTEM SULPHOALUMINATE CEMENT WITH STEEL SLAGS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/211546
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method and system for producing low-alkalinity new-mineral-system sulphoaluminate cement with steel slags, comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing and homogenizing pulverized steel slags, dried desulfurized gypsum, aluminum ash and calcium carbide slags according to a set ratio; and conveying the homogenized raw materials to a rotary kiln for calcination to obtain a cement clinker, wherein the calcination temperature is 1200-1270°C, the calcination time is 20-60 min, and the homogenized cement raw material has an alkalinity coefficient of 0.81-0.9 and a Fe2O3 content of 8-13%. The method breaks through requirements for the content of calcium, aluminum and iron in production of traditional sulphoaluminate cement, and realizes a large amount of applications of the solid waste steel slags.
