Provided are a method and system for security filing of an artwork by positioning evidence obtainment. The method comprises: adopting a shooting device (61) to acquire an overall image of an artwork (40), and marking same as a first image; adopting the shooting device to acquire an image formed by a positioning device (62) covering the artwork, and marking same as a second image, wherein the positioning device is a transparent film, and the surface of the transparent film is provided with at least one positioning area (11) and identification information (12, 13) about the positioning area; adopting the shooting device to acquire an image formed by arranging a microscope camera device (63) on a surface of the positioning device, and marking same as a third image; starting the microscope camera device to shoot a microscope image of the artwork through the positioning device, and marking same as a fourth image; and saving the first image, the second image, the third image, and the fourth image of the artwork to a filing database. The method for filing is scientific and rigorous, thereby improving the credibility of filing, and also improving the security in the filing process.
