Abstract:
A method and a terminal realizing apply selection in non-contract electronic payment is provided The method includes the following steps : an apply selection SELECT command being received by the terminal (101); determining whether an artificial selection apply exists (102); if the artificial selection apply exists, judging whether the existing artificial selection apply is up to the mustard of the apply selection SELECT command (103); and if the existing artificial selection apply is up to the mustard, selecting said artificial selection apply to carry out the electronic payment (104).
