Abstract:
In order to simplify flow path control between vessels when culturing cells using multiple vessels, a culture medium supply vessel provided with a three-way stopcock and a port is connected by a tube to a first culture vessel of multiple culture vessels each provided with one content transfer port, and a pump is arranged between the three-way stopcock and the culture medium supply vessel; if the number of the multiple culture vessels is two, then the second of the multiple culture vessels is connected by a tube to the three-way stopcock; if the number of the multiple culture vessels is three or more, then the process of adding a new three-way stopcock to the tube disposed between the culture vessel and three-way stop-cock that were connected immediately previously and of connecting the next culture vessel to said new three-way stopcock by a tube is repeated so as to connect all of the culture vessels to a three-way stopcock and feed the culture medium by means of the pump from the culture medium supply vessel through the three-way stopcocks to each of the multiple culture vessels.
